R.S. 18:5-19 is saved from repeal. [This act provides that bonds issued prior to October 19, 1903, for the erection of a grade or high school building, by a school district comprised of the territories of two adjoining municipalities, by authority of the voters of both municipalities, shall continue to be liens and the district shall be governed as a consolidated district in the same manner as though the consolidation had been effected under R.S. 18:5-14.] L.1967, c.271
