§ 18A:46A-4 — Eligibility for auxiliary services
New Jersey·Title 18A EDUCATION
Auxiliary services shall be provided only to those children who would be eligible for such services if they were enrolled in the public schools of the State. L.1977,c.192,s.4; amended 1990,c.52,s.63.
