§ 18A:46A-17 — Severability
New Jersey·Title 18A EDUCATION
If any provision of this act or the application of such provision to any person or circumstance is declared invalid, such invalidity shall not affect other provisions of this act which may be given effect; and to this end, the provisions of this act are declared to be severable. L.1977, c. 192, s. 20, eff. Aug. 25, 1977.
