§ 18A:46A-12 — Notification to districts
New Jersey·Title 18A EDUCATION
By December 15 the commissioner shall notify each district of the amount of aid apportioned to it pursuant to this act for the next school year and each district shall include such amount in its budget for the next school year. L.1977,c.192,s.15; amended 1990,c.52,s.67.
