§ 18A:46A-15 — Expenditures in excess of state aid
New Jersey·Title 18A EDUCATION
In any year, no district shall be required to make expenditures for the purposes of this act in excess of the amount of State aid received pursuant to this act for that year. L.1977, c. 192, s. 18, eff. Aug. 25, 1977.
