§ 18A:8-4 — Single school district in certain divided municipalities
New Jersey·Title 18A EDUCATION
Whenever a municipality is divided into two or more municipalities, the school district shall continue as a single school district unless and until the same shall be divided as provided in this article. L.1967, c.271.
