Text
The location of a well drilling operation may be changed after the issuance of a permit under section 2 of this act only with the approval of the department. Requests for a change of location shall be accompanied by an amended application. Drilling shall not be commenced at a new location until the amended permit, approved by the department, is posted at the well site. L. 1985, c. 432, s. 9, eff. Jan. 13, 1986.
