§ 13:1M-16 — Rules, regulations
New Jersey·Title 13 CONSERVATION AND DEVELOPMENT--PARKS AND RESERVATIONS
The Department of Environmental Protection, within 180 days of the effective date of this act and pursuant to the "Administrative Procedure Act," P.L. 1968, c. 410 (C. 52:14B-1 et seq.), shall adopt rules and regulations necessary to carry out the purposes of this act. L. 1985, c. 432, s. 16, eff. Jan. 13, 1986.
