Text
A permit required by section 2 of this act shall be issued only upon a written finding by the department that the authorized activities will not result in: a. Any adverse consequences to groundwater and surface water; b. Any significant degradation of landscape; c. Any threat to public health and safety; and d. Any substantial air and noise pollution. L. 1985, c. 432, s. 3, eff. Jan. 13, 1986.
