Text
No person shall commence commercial operations to extract or produce oil or natural gas without receiving a permit therefor from the Department of Environmental Protection. The application for this permit shall include information the department deems necessary and shall be accompanied by a fee and other surety as the department may require. L. 1985, c. 432, s. 15, eff. Jan. 13, 1986.
