Text
A holder of a permit issued under section 2 of this act shall restore, or cause to be restored, the land surface within the area disturbed in siting, drilling and plugging and abandonment of the well, in accordance with rules and regulations adopted by the department. L. 1985, c. 432, s. 8, eff. Jan. 13, 1986.
