§ 339:2-a — Duty of Receiver
New Hampshire·Title XXXI TRADE AND COMMERCE·Ch. 339 SALES OF CERTAIN ARTICLES·Subdivision Unsolicited Merchandise
Any person to whom unsolicited merchandise is addressed may refuse delivery or accept the merchandise as a gift without incurring any legal obligation to the sender. Replacements or substitutes for original orders shall not be considered unsolicited merchandise for the purposes of this section.
