Text

Whoever violates the provisions of RSA 339:25 shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, and shall be liable for all damage occasioned to any person by the explosion or ignition of such oil thus unlawfully sold, kept or offered for sale; and such oil or compounds, and the casks or packages containing the same, shall be forfeited and sold. The proceeds of such sale shall go to the state.
