§ 339:21 — Weighing by Sample
New Hampshire·Title XXXI TRADE AND COMMERCE·Ch. 339 SALES OF CERTAIN ARTICLES·Subdivision Raw Cotton
For the purpose of ascertaining the weight of the packing material upon cotton, according to the provisions of this subdivision, and in the absence of a special agreement as to tare, it shall be lawful to weigh by sample; but there shall be an actual weighing of the packing materials of at least one bale in 10 of each lot, after the same shall have been stripped or removed from the bale.
