§ 339:24 — Penalty
New Hampshire·Title XXXI TRADE AND COMMERCE·Ch. 339 SALES OF CERTAIN ARTICLES·Subdivision Petroleum, Naphtha and Illuminating Oils
Any inspector guilty of fraud, deceit or culpable negligence in the performance of his duties shall be guilty of a misdemeanor.
