§ 339:27 — False Name

New Hampshire·Title XXXI TRADE AND COMMERCE·Ch. 339 SALES OF CERTAIN ARTICLES·Subdivision Petroleum, Naphtha and Illuminating Oils
Any person who shall keep, sell, or offer for sale naphtha under any false or assumed name shall for each offense be liable to the penalties and subject to the liabilities set forth in RSA 339:26.
