Text
In case of grants as provided in RSA 235:7 the commissioner of transportation is authorized to use any funds in the highway fund not specifically required to be used elsewhere in order to meet the necessary expenditure for the purposes for which the grant was authorized. When federal funds are received the same shall be used to reimburse the highway fund for expenditures made hereunder.
