§ 235:11 — Maintenance; Improved Portions
New Hampshire·Title XX TRANSPORTATION·Ch. 235 FEDERAL AND STATE HIGHWAY AID·Subdivision State Aid for Class I, II, and III Highways
Upon the completion of such improvement to the satisfaction of the commissioner of transportation, the department of transportation shall assume full control and pay the cost of reconstruction and maintenance.
