§ 235:13 — Notice to Towns
New Hampshire·Title XX TRANSPORTATION·Ch. 235 FEDERAL AND STATE HIGHWAY AID·Subdivision State Aid for Class I, II, and III Highways
On or before February 15 in each year, the commissioner of transportation shall notify all cities and towns which have expressed an interest in constructing or reconstructing any class I, II, or III highway or portion thereof, of the amount of state aid available to that city or town, and shall designate the highway location on which such funds shall be expended.
