§ 235:10 — Designation for Improvement
New Hampshire·Title XX TRANSPORTATION·Ch. 235 FEDERAL AND STATE HIGHWAY AID·Subdivision State Aid for Class I, II, and III Highways
The commissioner of transportation, whenever in his opinion the public good so requires, may designate for improvement, subject to the approval of the governor and council, any class I, II, or III highway or portion thereof.
