§ 235:1 — Provisions Accepted
The provisions of the Federal-Aid Road Act, approved July 11, 1916, entitled "An Act to provide that the United States shall aid the states in the construction of rural post roads and for other purposes," and all acts amendatory thereof and supplementary thereto, are assented to, and the department of transportation through its commissioner is authorized to make the necessary surveys and estimates to carry out the provisions of said acts.
