§ 235:12 — Unimproved Portions
New Hampshire·Title XX TRANSPORTATION·Ch. 235 FEDERAL AND STATE HIGHWAY AID·Subdivision State Aid for Class I, II, and III Highways
All portions of class II highways which have not been improved to the satisfaction of the commissioner of transportation shall be maintained by the city or town in which they are located.
