Text
The board may enter into an intergovernmental agreement or memorandum of understanding with the state of Missouri, another state or states, and any agency thereof to receive outreach, technical assistance, enforcement and compliance services, collection or dissemination of information pertinent to the plan, subject to such obligations of confidentiality as may be agreed or required by law, or other services or assistance. The state of Missouri, another state or states, and any agency thereof that enters into such agreements or memoranda of understanding shall collaborate to provide the outreach, assistance, information, and compliance or other services or assistance to the board.
