Text
1. Individual account information relating to accounts under the plan and relating to individual participants including, but not limited to, names, addresses, telephone numbers, email addresses, personal identification information, investments, contributions, and earnings shall be confidential and shall be maintained as confidential, provided that such information may be disclosed:
(1)To the extent necessary to administer the plan in a manner consistent with sections 285.1000 to 285.1055 , ERISA, the Internal Revenue Code, or any other federal or Missouri law; or
(2)If the individual who provides the information or who is the subject of the information expressly agrees in writing to the disclosure of the information.
