Text
No list of employees furnished to municipal corporations under the provisions of sections 285.010 to 285.020 shall be used for any purpose other than in connection with the collection of an earnings tax. Such lists shall be treated as confidential records and shall not be sold, given away, or otherwise distributed by municipal corporations or their instrumentalities and shall not be open to public inspection.
