LOSS OR DESTRUCTION OF PUBLIC RECORDS (EXCERPT) Act 52 of 1944 (1st Ex. Sess.) 561.7 Court jurisdiction. Sec.
7.The circuit court in chancery shall have jurisdiction to determine interest or title to any parcel of land, whether the person entitled to such decree is in possession or not.
