LOSS OR DESTRUCTION OF PUBLIC RECORDS (EXCERPT) Act 52 of 1944 (1st Ex. Sess.) 561.13 Person; definition. Sec.

13.The word "person" as used in this act shall include public and private corporations, copartnerships, unincorporated or voluntary associations as well as individuals.
