LOSS OR DESTRUCTION OF PUBLIC RECORDS (EXCERPT) Act 52 of 1944 (1st Ex. Sess.) 561.11 Amending bill; additional publication. Sec.
11.The circuit court may permit the amendment of the bill of complaint filed under the provisions of this act, in which case publication shall not be necessary unless the amendment involves the description of property: Provided, That additional publication shall be required only as to property described in the amendment and no such amendment shall operate to stay any proceedings as to property other than that described in the amendment.
