LOSS OR DESTRUCTION OF PUBLIC RECORDS (EXCERPT) Act 52 of 1944 (1st Ex. Sess.) 561.12 Remedies cumulative. Sec.

12.The remedies provided for by this act shall be deemed cumulative, and in addition to any other remedy now or hereafter provided by law for quieting or establishing title to real property.
