§ 34-14-1-6 — Refusal to render declaratory judgment; discretion of court
Indiana·Title 34 CIVIL LAW AND PROCEDURE·Art. 14 CAUSES OF ACTION: DECLARATORY·Ch. 1 Uniform Declaratory Judgment Act
The court may refuse to render or enter a
declaratory judgment or decree where the judgment or decree, if
rendered or entered, would not terminate the uncertainty or controversy
giving rise to the proceeding.
