§ 34-14-1-6 — Refusal to render declaratory judgment; discretion of court

The court may refuse to render or enter a declaratory judgment or decree where the judgment or decree, if rendered or entered, would not terminate the uncertainty or controversy giving rise to the proceeding. [Pre-1998 Recodification Citation: 34-4-10-6.]
