§ 34-11-2-13 — Foreign country judgment

An action to recognize a foreign country judgment must be commenced not later than the earlier of the following:
(1)The time during which the foreign country judgment is
effective in the foreign country.
(2)Ten (10) years after the date the foreign country judgment
became effective in the foreign country.
