Text
No agency of the State or unit of local government shall require a single parent or other person having the care, custody or control of any child under the age of 6 to accept employment that would unreasonably interfere with such responsibilities to the child. It is unlawful for any person acting under color of law to require or to attempt to require such employment of a parent or other person having the care, custody or control of such a child.
