Text
If the department finds, after investigation, that the migrant labor camp, or portion thereof,
conforms to the minimum standards required by this chapter, it shall issue a permit for
operation of such camp, or portion thereof. A permit shall not be assignable or transferable.
It shall expire one year after the date of issuance, or upon a change of operator of the camp
or upon revocation.
