Text
Any person who is planning to construct, reconstruct, or enlarge a camp or any portion
thereof, or facility of a camp, or to convert a property for use or occupancy as a camp, shall
give notice in writing of the person’s intent to do so to the director at least fifteen days prior
to the date of the commencement of any major construction, reconstruction, enlargement,
or conversion. The notice shall give the name of the city, village, and county in which the
property is located; the location of the property within that area; a brief description of the
proposed major construction, reconstruction, enlargement, or conversion; the name and
mailing address of the person giving such notice; and the person’s telephone number. The
director, upon receipt of such notice, shall promptly send to such pe
