Text
Any person failing to comply with any provision of this chapter, or with any rule or order
issuedpursuanttotheprovisionsofthischapter, orinterferingwith, impeding, orobstructing
in any manner, the director, department, or any of its employees in the performance of official
duties pursuant to this chapter, shall be guilty of a simple misdemeanor. If any person further
fails to comply with any provisions of this chapter, or with any rule or order issued pursuant
to the provisions of this chapter, the director shall enforce such provision, rule, or order by
filing an action for injunction against such person in the district court in the county wherein
such violation or violations occur.
