Text
No person shall establish, maintain, or operate a migrant labor camp, or portion thereof,
directly or indirectly, until the person has obtained a permit to operate such camp from the
department and unless the permit is in full force and effect and is posted and remains posted
in the camp, or portion thereof, to which it applies at all times during the maintenance and
operation of such camp.
