Text
A rental charge or deduction from any wages due a migrant shall not be made by any camp
operator or person for providing any of the facilities required by this chapter unless such
migrant is fully informed of all such rental charges or deductions to be made prior to the time
the migrant contracts for employment as an agricultural or migrant worker.
