Text
Any person who wilfully and unlawfully throws down or leaves open any bars, gate or fence, belonging to any particular enclosure or common field, shall pay to the party injured double damages, and a sum not exceeding five dollars, according to the nature and aggravation of the trespass. See Sec. 53a-109 re criminal trespass in the third degree. See Sec. 53a-115 to 53a-117a, inclusive, re criminal mischief.
