§ 52-494 — Notice of rules and writs.

Connecticut·Title 52 Civil Actions·Ch. 918 Mandamus, Ne Exeat, Prohibition and Quo Warranto
All notices of rules and writs issued under the provisions of this chapter shall be directed to a proper officer and served by leaving a true and attested copy with the defendant at such time as the court or judge directs; and such court or judge may prescribe a reasonable time for the appearance of the parties. See Sec. 52-65 re service upon nonresident in a quo warranto case.
