If either party to a submission pursuant to section 52-406 desires a review of any question of law arising thereon and decided by the court, he may appeal the decision in the manner provided in ordinary cases of final judgment in the court, and not otherwise. See Sec. 52-254 re equal sharing of costs in amicable suit.
