§ 52-365 — Demand on execution against voluntary association.

Demand on execution, upon a judgment rendered against a voluntary association, may be made on its presiding officer, secretary or treasurer. See Sec. 52-57 (e) re service of process against presiding officer, secretary or treasurer of voluntary association.
