A.After establishing precincts as provided in section 16-411, the board of supervisors of each county shall deliver to the county recorder a complete description of these precincts immediately after adoption.
B.If new precinct boundaries are established as provided in section 16-411, the county recorder shall transfer all the voters who reside in a new precinct as the result of this adoption by January 2 of the year of the next general election. The county recorder shall mail the notice of the precinct change to each household containing a registered voter, unless a sample ballot containing the precinct name or number is mailed before the primary election.
