Lucksinger, Nineteenth Judicial District Court Docket Number 499,737, J. Robert Wooley v. Foundation Health Corp, et al., Nineteenth Judicial District Court Docket Number 509,297, and J. Robert Wooley v. PriceWaterhouseCoopers, LLC, Nineteenth Judicial District Court Docket Number 512,366. These three separate trial court actions (La.C.C.P. art. 421) were consolidated (La.C.C.P. art. 1561) for trial.
