Text
When claims for damages are filed at the next regular meeting or
special meeting of the board of the county commissioners, the
board shall appoint three (3) disinterested electors of the
county as appraisers to view the ground on a day as fixed by the
board and they shall report their findings in the matter and
file the report in writing with the county clerk within ten (10)
days thereafter, fixing the amount of damages sustained by the
claimants.
