§ 24-5-111 — Failure to file objections or claims for damages deemed waiver
No objections or claims for damages shall be filed or made after
the noon of the day fixed for filing the same. If no objections
or claim for damages are filed, all such claims shall be deemed
to have been waived and are barred.
