Text
The said viewers shall report in writing to the board of the
county commissioners, whether or not, in their judgment, said
proposed road is practicable, and ought to be established, and
state the probable expense of the same including damages to the
property owners along the line thereof, and such other matters
as shall enable the board to act understandingly in the
premises.
