Text
(a)All personal property, choses in action and effects
received by the sheriff under W.S. 1-15-419 or 1-15-420, shall
be disposed of in the same manner as if the property, choses in
action and effects had been delivered by the garnishee under the
provisions of W.S. 1-15-411, provided that the plaintiff shall,
out of the proceeds thereof:
(i)Be first repaid the amount paid by him to the
garnishee for the redemption of the property, choses in action
or effects; or
(ii)Be indemnified for any other act or thing done
by him or performed pursuant to the order of the court for the
redemption of the property, choses in action or effects.
