§ 1-15-202 — Issuance of writ; contents
(a)If authorized by a written order of the court pursuant
to W.S. 1-15-103(a)(i), the clerk shall issue the writ of
attachment upon the filing by the plaintiff of the bond required
by W.S. 1-15-104.
(b)The plaintiff may have other writs of attachment
issued as often as he may require at any time before judgment,
based upon the original affidavit and bond, if the amount of the
bond is sufficient.
(c)In actions pending in district court or circuit court
several writs may be issued at the same time to the sheriff of
any county.
(d)The writ shall be issued in the name of the state of
Wyoming and shall be directed to the sheriff of any county in
which property of the defendant is located and shall require him
to attach and safely keep all the property of the defendant
within his jurisdictio
