Text
The defendant may at any time, upon notice to the plaintiff as
the court may require, move the court in which the action is
pending, to have a writ of attachment, replevin or garnishment
discharged on the ground that it was improperly or irregularly
issued. The court shall give the plaintiff reasonable
opportunity to correct any defect in the complaint, affidavit,
bond, writ or other proceeding so as to show that a legal cause
for the writ existed at the time it was issued.
