Text
The defendant may be required to appear before the court or a
master appointed by the court, to be examined on oath respecting
his property. After any examination conducted pursuant to this
section, the court or master may order personal property capable
of manual delivery to be delivered to the officer, on any terms
as are just, having reference to any liens on or claims against
the personal property, and may require a memorandum of the
amount and description of all other personal property. The
court shall make provision for witness fees and mileage as is
just.
